Hello all my beauties! I hope that you’re all well!
I am back after a long gap, getting new inspiration for content to share with you! I decided to delay this post because I wanted you to form your opinions on the collection that is today’s discussion. So with that being said, if you’re ready let’s get started!
New York City. Sunday 9th February. Ten o’clock in the morning. The Victoria Beckham Autumn/Winter 14 show is just starting. This year we see more of a masculine look embedded into some of the garments being showcased. Pleats, prints, ruffles & chains were also features of Victoria’s Autumn/Winter collection.

I love the way the monochrome colour scheme contributes to the simplistic look of the above looks (some of my favourites from the show)!
With the first photo, the coat’s style & clean cut lines work with the tailored black trousers to create a classy, professional look. As with most of the looks, they are embellished with the gold chain that gives a nice finish.
With the second & third photo I felt a hint of a gladiator theme. I love them! Short, simple, sophisticated!
Photo number four was exciting to look at because of the mixture of texture! There was sheer material cascading down over the main form of the dress. The curls & waves of material add an interesting quality to the dress!
The fifth photo is head to toe pleats. This adds a classic touch to the look while the material itself has a delicate aesthetic. The white underlay on the chest keeps the dress conservative & is all tied together by the gold chain around the waist.
The final photo is a feminine, delicate look. The dress’ pleats work their way from the floor cutting into the ruffles before finishing their journey down the back. I instantly think of goddesses when I see this particular dress.
I’d love to hear your opinions of the collection, so please don’t hesitate to let me know by commenting below!

Beckham has also teamed up with communication service, Skype, to tell her story! It starts from when she was a child leading up to the lead up to the Autumn/Winter 14 show! You want to see is that I hear? Oh go on then! Click here!
