The Test of Time

Jumper – Topman (similar here) | T-Shirt (worn underneath) – Topman | Jeans – Levi’s* | Boots – Converse x Comme des Garçons | Sunglasses – Christian Dior

I cannot believe that this is my last post in Southampton as an undergraduate! I have taken photos of content that will be coming at a later date, but I mean in terms of writing posts down here. It’s crazy! On a happier note, the good weather is here to stay, I have work lined up for the Summer and things are looking to be really taking shape!

I also recently saw the results of a survey, conducted by menswear retailer – Stand-Out – about designer and premium brands and their customer’s loyalty to them. Out of the 3,000 people who participated in the survey, 39.6% said that they would wear Levi’s for the rest of their lives. I can completely understand why they would keep Levi’s as a staple in their wardrobes, due to the durability of their wardrobe-essential pieces. They are masters of denim and being a lover of said fabric, I bow down to them. Seriously, I barely go a day without wearing denim. As you’ll see from the photos, I am living my 70’s/80’s/90’s fantasy out with this pair of Levi’s 511. Waist down, 70’s/80’s/90’s, waist up is contemporary and minimal. I wanted to wear a jumper that would allow air to get in but still keep any chill at bay. I am really feeling this outfit and am so hoping that any job I land will allow this, because this is a prime example of my style right now. You could blame my love of 80’s music, you could blame my love of Call Me By Your Name, you can blame whatever factor you choose but I am vibing so hard with this look.

Also, can we take a minute to appreciate the cinema listings right now! 😍 I’ve seen Avengers: Infinity War and Deadpool 2 three times now and I just cannot get enough. Anyone want to go with me?
